We offer three membership options for restaurants and venues:

Free Plan – Entry Membership ($0 per month – Month To Month Option ONLY)

Silver Plan – Basic Membership ($49.95 per month Or $488.40 Per Year)

• Location Map

• Phone Number
• Social Media Links
• Food Categories (up to 5)

Gold Plan – Premium Membership ($99.95 per month or $888.40 Per Year)

• List Venue
• Venue Hours
• Location Map
• Website URL
• Phone Number
• Social Media Links
• Food Categories (up to 10)
• Premium Ranking
• Embedded Photos (up to 3)
• Embedded Videos (up to 3)
• Home Page Feature (where possible – limited spots available and may be for a limited time)

2. Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability of any membership plan at any time, without notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Termination of Listings

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any restaurant listing at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to):

• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our platform or users

No refund will be provided in the event of termination due to breach of our terms.

4. Content Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide (venue details, opening hours, media, links, etc.) is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any incorrect or outdated content displayed on listings.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding the number of views, interactions, or leads generated by your listing. Use of our website and services is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our platform.
